Payment: We offer a variety of credit card payment options including, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Upon receiving your order our third party partner Stripe will carry out the standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed and your card debited with the full payment. Your purchase will not be sent until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and taxes: All prices shown within this Website are in Australian Dollars and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax. Delivery costs will be charged in addition.
Shipping Policy: We only ship within Australia. For any other regions or international shipping please contact us and we will seek to help any way we can. We aim to have orders shipped within 24-48 business hours and delivery within 10 business days in the metropolitan area. If you live in a regional area you may be asked to pay additional delivery charges. We will contact you if we require additional shipping costs to be covered. Due to the vastness of our amazing country it is difficult to calculate for all areas.
When your purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a link that will allow you to track your delivery at any time.
Shipping insurance: We do not accept responsibility of losses or damage during transportation. An additional insurance cover is possible through Australia Post for packages at a cost of $3.00. Please select this option at the checkout if you want the extra cover. You have up to 3 days from the time of receiving your insured goods to report damage.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can assist you.
Selling to people under 18: We do not sell to people under the age of 18 unless adult consent has been granted. Please get in touch with us by email if you have a special request.
